deliverables. ZerOne Lanka retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Confidentiality
We treat all client information, business processes, and project specifications as strictly confidential.
We sign NDAs upon client request.
4. Limitation of Liability
ZerOne Lanka's liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not liable for
indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of our services.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith
negotiation or, if necessary, arbitration.
