ZERONE EXPERTISE / AI INTEGRATION SERVICES

Embed AI directly into the tools your team already uses.

Connect AI capabilities to existing software, data sources, and business systems.

Let's explore the opportunity
THE BUSINESS COMES FIRST

Built around
what matters.

Connect large language models, vision systems, and predictive algorithms into your custom applications, CRMs, and databases with reliable API architecture.

Technology is a means to an outcome. We make the assumptions, dependencies, and tradeoffs visible so you can make informed decisions at every stage.

FROM INTENTION TO EXECUTION

Practical capabilities.
A considered approach.

The final scope is agreed during discovery, based on your business needs and technical context.

01

AI feasibility and architecture review

02

Secure API connector development

03

Data pipeline and context preparation

04

Latency, caching, and cost optimization

05

Model versioning and graceful fallbacks

06

Data privacy and security governance

THE DIFFERENCE THAT MATTERS

Design for the outcome.

01

Leverage existing assets

Embed AI directly inside the software tools your teams already use daily.

02

Controlled costs

Implement caching and routing to minimize operational inference expenses.

03

Zero data leakage

Ensure customer and private corporate data is never used for training.

A CLEAR PATH FORWARD

From ambition to impact.

Clear thinking. Close collaboration. No unnecessary complexity.

DISCOVER / WHAT TO EXPECT

Stakeholder conversations, current-state workflows, constraints, and a prioritized opportunity map.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

A clearer
starting point.

We begin with a discovery conversation about your goals, current processes, users, data, and constraints. For ai integration, the first useful output is a clear problem statement, a realistic scope, and an agreed way to evaluate success.

That is often the right starting point. We first assess the available APIs, data formats, access controls, and operational constraints. An integration may be more appropriate than replacing a system. Feasibility is confirmed during discovery rather than assumed.

Scope, integrations, data readiness, security requirements, and internal availability all affect cost and timing. After discovery, a proposal should set out deliverables, assumptions, milestones, responsibilities, and commercial terms. We do not give a universal price or promise a timeline before understanding the work.

A handover should include documentation, training, monitoring, and an agreed support arrangement. During scoping, we discuss who owns operations, how issues are escalated, and how future improvements are prioritized. The exact support model is part of the project agreement.

LET'S BUILD WHAT'S NEXT

The next chapter starts
with a conversation.

Your ambition. Our expertise. A smarter tomorrow.
